7. Warranties

Service warranties, if any, will be specified on your invoice or service agreement.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Crown Canada and/or the manufacturer.
8. Liability
Crown Canada is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except as required by law.
Our liability for any claim arising out of the sale or provision of products or services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.
Customers are responsible for maintaining proper tire pressure and vehicle condition after service.
9. Tire Storage
Tire storage services are provided for a specified term and subject to payment in advance.
No refunds are available for early termination of storage services
Tires left unclaimed after the storage term may be deemed abandoned and disposed of in accordance with applicable laws, with associated fees charged to the customer.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available upon request.
Your information will be used solely for the purpose of providing our products and services, and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
Crown Canada reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
